Sarah Tuthill-Kveton
Sarah is an experienced litigator and ardent defender for her clients. She has a varied legal background with defense experience ranging from motor vehicle collisions, premise liability claims, professional malpractice, personal injury, contract disputes, timber trespass, dram shop and medical malpractice. Sarah also defends independent workers engaged in short-term work arrangements, coined “gig workers” in the new gig economy. Sarah proudly defends clients in both Washington and Oregon.
Sarah started her career as a public defender where she spent several years gaining valuable experience in the courtroom, which she transferred to civil defense. Sarah navigates and manages high conflict litigation to provide the most effective and efficient defense for her clients. Sarah naturally has a commanding presence in the courtroom; she is tough yet approachable.
Sarah is an Oregon native, specifically from the small town of Tillamook. In her free time, Sarah enjoys exercising, particularly on her Peloton which avoids the Pacific Northwest rain. She also loves going to the Portland Farmer’s Market with her family, spending time with friends and cooking with her husband. One other fun fact is that Sarah and her husband are beekeepers and their bees make the best honey.
