As the VicePresident of Customer Success at CaseMark, Peter oversees all customer support initiatives and is responsible for IT credentialing, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2 regulations.

Previously, Peter held leadership roles at prominent tech companies such as Airship, EnergyTrust of Oregon, Intel, and Kryptiq Corp. At Airship, Peter spearheaded the launch of a new online training program that significantly improved customer satisfaction. He also led the development of premium support services, generating over $800K in additional annual recurring revenue. He has implemented critical customer success tools like Zendesk, Intercom and Trello, and successfully onboarded hundreds of B2B clients, including major brands like Nike, Starbucks, and Disney.
